1. Who operates this early-access experience

Akche AI is currently operated as a pre-launch product. We do not claim a separate incorporated Akche entity or formal compliance certification today. Use the contact channel below for questions about this notice or requests concerning your personal information.

2. Personal information we collect

Akche AI collects and stores the following information through the early-access application:

• Work email address
• Company name
• Role (CFO, finance director, controller, founder/CEO, finance team, or other)
• UTM campaign parameters when present: utmSource, utmMedium, utmCampaign, utmContent
• Application time, email sequence step, last send time, unsubscribe status, and planned next send time
• Provider identifiers for welcome and nurture emails
• Optional company size
• Optional current finance or accounting tool
• Anonymous page-view data: page path, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate region, device type, operating system, browser, and event time

Company size, current tool, and UTM parameters are optional. If omitted, those fields remain empty. We may derive a display name from the company name for email communication. Web Analytics is configured for aggregate traffic measurement and must not receive form values, email addresses, company names, financial data, authentication tokens, or custom events containing personal information.

3. How we use the information

We use the information only for the following pre-launch purposes:

• Confirming an early-access request and sending related service emails
• Sending a limited educational follow-up sequence on days 3, 7, and 14, subject to unsubscribe controls
• Understanding acquisition sources, evaluating applicant fit, improving the product, and contacting selected teams about next steps
• Measuring aggregate page visits and acquisition paths without tying analytics records to an identified applicant

Unsubscribing stops the nurture sequence but does not automatically erase the underlying application record. We retain records only while reasonably needed for early-access operations, security, audit, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion through the contact method below.

You may contact us to make the following requests. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights:

• Ask whether we hold personal information about you
• Request access to the information associated with your early-access application
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request information about the service providers used to process the data
• Request deletion, subject to security, fraud-prevention, audit, and legal retention needs
• Unsubscribe from marketing or nurture emails at any time
• Object to or restrict certain non-essential uses
• Ask questions or raise a privacy concern without affecting your early-access application

7. How to submit a request

Send your request to info@useakche.com with Privacy request in the subject line. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
