Akche AI · Early access

See financial risk early. Act with evidence.

Akche turns available financial data into financial intelligence across cash flow, forecasting, risk analysis, working capital, collections, customer concentration, upcoming obligations, deterioration, scenarios, and early-warning signals — then shows what deserves review next.

Built for U.S. CFOs, controllers, finance teams, and growing businesses. Early-access applications are reviewed manually.

Why early warning matters

Cash pressure rarely waits for the monthly close.

By the time the books are complete, the cash position has already moved. Dashboards describe today. Finance teams still need a clear view of what may happen next — and how much to trust it.

  • The close is backward-looking

Accounting explains what already happened. It is essential, but it is late for cash decisions.

  • Live dashboards stop at now

Operational dashboards show current balances and activity. They rarely say whether the next few weeks are tightening.

  • Lead time is the missing layer

Akche AI is built to surface cash-flow deterioration, forecast uncertainty, and emerging risk while there is still time to act.

Where Akche AI sits

Three systems. Three different jobs.

  1. Accounting

    What happened?

Historical books, close, and reported actuals.

  2. Dashboard

    What is happening?

Current balances, activity, and operational status.

  3. Akche AI

What is changing, why does it matter, and what should we review next?

Evidence-backed early warnings, reliability limits, and clear review priorities. Not a replacement for the books.

Product intelligence

Financial intelligence across cash flow, forecasting, risk and action.

The working product connects financial history to forecasts, cash runway, working capital, collections, concentration, obligations, deterioration, scenarios, Watch change detection, and risk analysis — while explaining what the available evidence supports and what remains limited or unavailable.

  • Cash-flow forecast line

A short-horizon outlook built from uploaded company activity — not a generic market chart.

  • Risk point on the horizon

Pressure is marked where the outlook tightens, so the signal stays tied to the cash path.

  • Reliability, not false precision

Forecast reliability and data freshness sit beside the outlook so confidence is visible.

How it works

How Akche AI works

Upload. Understand. Anticipate. Prioritize. Four steps from company data to an early-warning view.

Data → Signals → Forecast / risk → Early warning

  1. 01Connect

    Bring your financial data

Add company transaction activity as CSV or XLSX. The product works on the file you provide.

    • CSV / XLSX
    • Company transactions
  2. 02Analyze

Akche AI reads the financial signals

It reviews cash-flow patterns, inflow and outflow behavior, data freshness, and unusual movement — with risk evidence kept in view.

    • Cash-flow patterns
    • Inflow / outflow
    • Data freshness
    • Unusual movement
  3. 03Anticipate

See potential pressure before it becomes obvious

A short-horizon cash outlook, risk drivers, forecast reliability, evidence strength, and timing — before the squeeze is obvious.

    • Cash outlook
    • Risk drivers
    • Forecast reliability
    • Evidence strength
    • Timing
  4. 04Act

Turn evidence into a clear review priority

See which issues deserve attention now and which source evidence supports them. Decision support — not autonomous financial advice.

Synthetic product walkthrough

From financial pressure to the next defensible action

A transparent example of how Akche is designed to turn limited financial evidence into a focused operating decision.

Illustrative synthetic company — not customer data, traction, or a performance result.

  1. 1Problem

Collections pressure could tighten near-term cash

Open receivables are accumulating while payroll and recurring obligations approach.

  2. 2Evidence

The signal is tied to visible records

$1.29M overdue · oldest invoice 27 days overdue · top customer represents 32% of recent eligible receipts.

  3. 3Recommended action

    Prioritize the highest-impact collection work

Today: contact the largest overdue accounts. This week: sequence remaining follow-ups. This month: review customer concentration and payment terms.

Akche should mark missing evidence as unavailable and keep estimates separate from confirmed facts.

Capabilities

What finance teams can use today

These are working product surfaces — not a future roadmap.

  • Cash risk

Risk scores stay tied to available evidence rather than filling gaps with optimism.

  • Forecast reliability

Walk-forward evaluation keeps the outlook honest about how much to trust the next horizon.

  • Risk drivers

When the picture shifts, Akche AI shows the drivers behind the change.

  • Data freshness

The quality of the signal depends on how current the financial activity is.

  • Early warning

Cash-flow deterioration and emerging risk are surfaced before they become harder to manage.

  • Cash outlook

A short-horizon cash-flow forecast is built from the uploaded history.

Who is early access for?

Akche AI is built for U.S. company finance — from CFO teams to founders managing a growing business. It is not a personal-budgeting app.

The current product is best suited to businesses with real transaction and cash-flow records. A dedicated limited-data experience for smaller businesses is in development.

For U.S. small and midsize businesses · In development

Start with the records you have — without turning gaps into certainty

Akche is developing a limited-data experience for U.S. small and midsize businesses (SMBs) that may not have a complete finance stack. This experience is not released yet.

  • 01

    Begin with a practical minimum

Current cash, a recent bank or transaction export, open receivables, open payables, payroll, debt and recurring obligations.

  • 02

    Keep missing evidence visible

Missing, stale or inconsistent fields should be identified. An absent value must never be silently treated as zero or as confirmed evidence.

  • 03

    Answer the daily operating questions

The planned view will focus on: What is the problem? Why does the evidence support it? What should be reviewed today, this week and this month?

Planned limited-data mode — not presented as a currently available product capability.

Research context

The cash-flow problem is documented. These are not Akche results.

Published research helps explain why early cash visibility matters. The figures below are external findings, not product performance claims.

  • Operating expenses as a cash challenge

In the Federal Reserve 2025 Report on Employer Firms (2024 Small Business Credit Survey), 56% of employer firms cited paying operating expenses as a financial challenge.

  • Uneven cash flow

In the same Federal Reserve employer-firm report, 51% of employer firms cited uneven cash flow as a financial challenge, including collecting on receivables.

  • Forward cash-flow planning

SBA funding-plan guidance asks established firms for historical cash-flow statements and a prospective outlook that includes forecasted cash-flow statements — monthly in the first year.

  • Why smaller firms feel cash pressure sooner

A Harvard Business School note on cash management in small companies describes more volatile cash flows, limited access to new capital, and growth that can increase working-capital needs and pressure liquidity.

Privacy & security · Early access

Clear boundaries before you share financial data

Akche is still in early access. We describe the controls in the current product and the work that remains without implying certifications or production integrations.

  • The application stays lightweight

The public application asks for work identity, company context and optional descriptions of pain and available data. It does not ask for balances, transaction files or financial amounts.

  • Product access is scoped and auditable

The current build uses authenticated workspaces and owner-scoped financial data paths. Authorized support access is designed to require a reason and an audit record; broader security validation remains ongoing.

  • No borrowed trust claims

Akche does not claim SOC 2, ISO certification, live bank/accounting connectivity, payment processing or formal production compliance today.

Do not send sensitive financial files through the early-access form. Data onboarding happens only after an appropriate pilot review.

Is Akche AI available now?

Akche AI is not in a public paid launch yet. Teams can request early access while we validate the product with real financial workflows.

Who is early access for?

Early access is for CFOs, finance leaders, controllers, and founders who manage company cash flow — especially teams that already have real transaction data. It is not a personal-finance product.

How does early access work?

Request access with your work email, company, and role. We review fit and may invite selected teams to a synthetic-data product walkthrough. Real company financial data is not accepted until the required company, terms, privacy/security, and data-handling gates are in place.
